Large and spacious rooms. The hotel is located in an area close to the airport, therefore the price for the taxi was 20 euros from the airport to the hotel, and when leaving by the "bolt" it was about 12 euros and it only took about 12 minutes, which is more convenient than public transport particular for a group of people. The hotel is in proximity(500 - 700 m) to 2 metro stations, thus to reach the center of the city for touristic destinations is about 20-25 minutes. Varied breakfast with hot, cold snacks and desserts, including fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as various drinks and coffee. The bathroom was properly maintained daily and provided with necessary hygiene products. Good restaurant on the ground floor with reasonable prices, I used it a few times, including right before departure. The wife especially liked the Sangria cocktails :) The hotel has 3 lifts that are running smoothly and no delays in up/down movements.

The room was very spacious , the bed was comfortable , nice bathroom with average water pressure You can book a parking spot in advance , and i really liked the fact that you have this option when you book which let you to select the room with breakfast and parking included. I really appreciated this one the parking spots where more than decent Near the metro station. Don't hesitate to chose this hotel when you see the location because the metro is very efficient , you'll reach the city center in max 40 minutes , maybe less , they're not crowded. Room was clean and was cleaned every time we chose so, excellent elevators , there are 3 elevators very efficiently programmed to work. easy check in check out , they let us check in a little bit earlier, which was very nice.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and very efficient with check in and check out process. Alberto and Marta at the front desk are excellent. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was also outstanding and a great value. We stayed at the Elba Madrid Alcala both the day we arrived to Madrid and the night before we departed and it was very conveniently located close to the airport. Additionally the 2 o'clock check in time was much appreciated. We were a family of 7 staying in three different rooms and both times we checked in all the rooms were ready! Fantastic!! Additionally the hotel provides coffee service in the rooms which is something often lacking in other hotels we stayed in during our visit to Spain.

Air condition was working well, there was a special card used for AC working even if I was not in the room. The hotel even the room itself was furnished very well, I liked the interior everywhere very much. The bathroom was big enough, equipped with everything necessary. The shower was spacy but a bit older. The cleaning was perfect. breakfast included a large variety of food, eggs, bacon, lots of bread and sweet pastry, ham, cheese, fruit. The hotel is located 5 min from the metro station. The hotel was very quiet at night, so I could sleep well and long.

The area felt safe and lively even after 10 pm, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room’s facilities were fantastic—spacious enough for two people, with a perfect bathroom. The refrigerator and air conditioner were lifesavers, especially for us traveling in the summer. I also appreciated the kettle with complimentary coffee and tea.
